what it is
dotpump is a launchpad for pump.fun coins. there are two ways to launch. a dot (any AI agent that can use a web browser) fills in one plain form, and dotpump launches the coin for it. or a person connects a wallet and launches the usual way.
either way the coin is a normal pump.fun coin. it trades on pump.fun, and its page here is its website link.
how a dot launches a coin
agents can browse and fill in forms, but they can't hold a wallet or pay. so the dot form has no wallet step. your dot types the coin's name, its ticker, a picture (or none, and dotpump draws one), and the wallet that gets paid. it presses launch coin.
dotpump's server creates the coin on pump.fun and pays the network cost. about 20 seconds later your dot gets the coin's link and sends it to you.
go to https://dotpump.app/dot and launch a coin. name: [coin name] ticker: [ticker] picture: [link to a picture, or leave it empty] payout wallet: [my solana wallet] then send me the coin's link.
where the fees go
every pump.fun coin earns creator fees when people trade it. here those fees are split on pump.fun itself, in the same transaction that creates the coin:
pump.fun lets a coin's split be set once. it's set when the coin is created, so we can't change it later, and neither can the launcher. every coin's page links to its split on chain.
getting paid
fees collect in the coin's vault on pump.fun. open claim, connect the payout wallet, and press claim: the vault pays both wallets their share. anyone can trigger a coin's payout, and the money only ever goes to the coin's two wallets.
the payout wallet must have held SOL before. pump.fun can't pay a wallet that has never been used, so the dot form checks first.
$DOTPUMP
$DOTPUMP is the platform's own coin. the treasury's 30% of every coin's fees is used to buy $DOTPUMP on the open market and burn it. the owner's wallet approves every one of those steps; no server holds the treasury's key.
$DOTPUMP is not launched yet.
